it was ridiculously firm, and my back was killing me by morning. Plus, the safe was broken, and they suggested using theirs, but my laptops didn't even fit. Super frustrating!

Well priced hotel, the idea of having queen room was great. There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the room, loved that...

The venue's position was central. Fast food restaurant Harvey's was located 5 minutes walk away.

I had a spontaneous stay here and was pleasantly surprised! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bartender who went out of his way to assist with local food options. My room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s a great spot for a quick getaway!

Central location was a plus. The best thing was how competent and attentive the staff were. The breakfast was satisfactory with a good assortment of fresh hot items and great coffee, for example, worth the price.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

This place is conveniently located near a liquor store, Roger's Arena, and a train station, with a Harvey's restaurant just a short walk away for quick meals.

I was so much dissapointed when I got to that hotel with my high expectation, only to find the room that I was booked in was smalling like a pig styl we tried to change samething this one too was smelling I did not sleep the whole night and I am ashmatic my husband had to go and buy a room freshner but with no help. I had to think of my house, if you can reep off those stinky carpets and put better stuff or you tell us about the rooms. How nice it was on the computer when I booked I felt so sorry of myself.

The room was stinking the carpet dirty and unabearable to sleep looking at the ramada hotel I thought I should have gone there maybe... Maybe it was going to be better. The price I paid was too much for that kind of a room I slept in.

The rooms here are clean and recently renovated, equipped with a private safe, central heating, and an iron, and the best part is the great location near downtown.

Unique hotel with fantastic service and good value. the family king room with a pullout couch or a cot worked for us. - Convenient central location not too far from Kingsway Mall.

I chose the cl because I wanted to be central and I had a big truck to park. Also, the breakfast buffet.

Staff was cold. Often ignored me.

Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The room service was excellent. The hotel is like an old villa, nicely kept with modern services.

The chairs in the room were not comfortable. We realize the hotel is older, but the bathrooms are small.

We ended up initially in a smoking room that was foul smelling. The hotel made it better for the second night.

Great location near Jasper National Park, the train station, and the Piano Bar. Good food options nearby like Bangkok Restaurant. - Rooms come with a sofa bed.
